SEEK is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Candidate Quality team within Artificial Intelligence & Platform Services (AIPS) in Melbourne. You will own core data models, metrics and reporting, and partner with Product and Data Science to turn complex analysis into transparent recommendations.

You will analyze model performance, build dashboards in Tableau, and influence product decisions to improve candidate and hirer outcomes in SEEK's dynamic marketplace.
