Franco-Belge in Hawthorn East, VIC is seeking a passionate Senior Chef for either Part-Time (20-30 hours per week) or Full-Time positions. You will lead a busy kitchen, craft exceptional French-inspired dishes, and mentor junior chefs.

The ideal candidate has substantial senior-chef experience in a quality restaurant, solid leadership, superb organisation, and a commitment to food safety. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
