About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team in the bathroom and kitchen products industry.

Depending on your previous experience, communication skills and strengths, you may be considered for the position that best suits your background. Previous experience in the bathroom, kitchen, building materials, construction supplies or home improvement industry will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable bathroom and kitchen products
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face communication
- Providing product information, pricing and availability
- Following up sales opportunities and supporting customers throughout the sales process
- Working closely with customer service, warehouse and other internal teams
- Managing and developing relationships with trade and business customers
- Following up existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities
- Developing long-term customer relationships and supporting account growth




- Understanding customers’ renovation and product requirements
- Providing product recommendations and explaining product features, sizes and options
- Preparing quotations and following up potential sales
- Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the purchasing process

About You:

- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Experience in bathroom, kitchen, building materials or a related industry is strongly preferred
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email
- Positive customer service and relationship-building skills
- Sales-focused and comfortable following up customers and opportunities
- Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for quotations, orders and customer communication
- Must have valid Australian working rights and be available for full-time work Monday to Friday/Saturday
