Key Responsibilities
- Trade Support: Assist qualified tradespeople with structural assembly, positioning, and general construction site tasks.
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, move, and prepare construction materials and tools across active work zones.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand tools, pneumatic gear, and power equipment safely under proper supervision.
- Site Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace to effectively minimize site hazards and support trades efficiently.
- WHS Compliance: Adhere strictly to site-specific workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols, SWMS guidelines, and safety procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Current Construction White Card (Strictly Required).
- Current Working at Heights certification (Strictly Required).
- Proven practical experience working as a Trade Assistant (TA) or laborer within heavy industrial or commercial construction environments.
- Physically fit, punctual, and capable of executing manual site duties safely.
- Good English communication skills with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
- Must currently live in Adelaide and be readily available to commence field work immediately.
