In this role, you will be responsible for full surface preparation and applying high-quality protective coatings to various commercial and industrial structures. Position Details

Key Responsibilities
- Coatings Application: Apply high-quality paint, protective finishes, and industrial coatings to commercial and industrial structures according to project charts.
- Surface Preparation: Prepare building and asset surfaces thoroughly, including scraping, sanding, washing,
patching, and priming.
- Technical Compliance: Read and accurately follow technical project specifications, architectural drawings, and precise color charts.
- Heights & Safety Operations: Safely set up and operate painting equipment, fluid delivery systems, ladders, and scaffolding at heights.
- Site Management: Maintain a highly organized, clean work area and strictly follow site-specific WHS protocols and procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Trade Qualified: Must hold a Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (or recognized Australian trade equivalent).
- Current Construction White Card (Required).
- Current Working at Heights certification (Required).
- Proven practical painting experience, with a background in industrial or commercial environments highly preferred.
- Good English communication skills and a robust commitment to team workplace safety.
- Must currently live in Adelaide and be readily available to begin field work immediately.
