NDIS Discover Nursing Australia is seeking a friendly, reliable Disability Support Worker to provide consistent 1:1 support to a participant. This role focuses on companionship, community access and helping the participant stay active, socially connected and independent, with minimal personal care required.

We value reliability, punctuality and the ability to build rapport. You will support with everyday activities, attend appointments, assist with errands and participate in community activities
