TRIMTECH Therapeutics in Cambridge, UK, is expanding its biology team and seeks an Associate Director to lead strategically important programs, liaising with academic and CRO partners, internal chemists, and R&D; leadership to deliver transformative therapeutics.

You will oversee day-to-day project activities, manage budgets and timelines, communicate progress to senior leadership, and explore recent techniques to advance protein degraders for neurodegenerative targets.
