About the Role Are you a Melbourne-based Building Surveyor or Building Regulations Consultant considering a move to Tasmania?

- Assess commercial building applications and construction documentation
- Provide technical advice on the NCC and relevant building legislation
- Review designs for compliance and identify practical solutions
- Work across hospitals, stadiums, industrial facilities and other commercial developments
- Liaise with architects, engineers, developers and approval authorities
- Prepare clear technical reports and compliance documentation
- Conduct inspections where required
- Support projects from early design through to completion





About You

- Building surveying qualification
- Registered Building Surveyor or 3+ years experience in commercial building surveying
- Experience working on medium-to-large commercial projects
- Strong working knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards
- Confident reviewing plans and technical documentation
- Clear communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Willing to relocate from Melbourne to Tasmania (relocation assistance provided)
