Chef – Enzo's Cucina Surfers Paradise | Full Time | Visa Sponsorship Available

Cook real Italian food in one of the busiest kitchens on the Gold Coast.

Enzo's Cucina Surfers Paradise is right on Cavill Avenue, one of the busiest food strips in Queensland. We're a quick-paced, high-volume Italian kitchen and we're growing. We want a chef who takes pride in the plate, keeps a clean and organised section, and can lead a team when service gets busy.

What you'll do

· Run the kitchen day to day: prep, cooking and service

· Lead, train and schedule the kitchen team

· Help develop the menu and cost dishes so they make money

· Order stock and control waste

· Keep food safety and hygiene standards high

· Plan menus for functions and special events

What we're looking for

· 2+ years' experience in a busy commercial kitchen

· A trade qualification in commercial cookery (Cert III/IV or equivalent)





· Calm under pressure and organised at every stage of service

· A real passion for Italian food (this is a big plus)

What you get

· $80,000 – $85,000 + 12% super, based on experience

· Visa sponsorship for the right candidate

· 38 hours a week, full time and stable

· 4 weeks' annual leave
