What you will do:

- Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of age-appropriate curriculum and long day care programs for children aged 0–12 in line with the National Quality Framework (NQF).

- Work independently and alongside educators to support children's learning, social development, and individual growth milestones.

- Manage challenging behaviors using positive guidance techniques while providing individualized care and support.

- Build positive partnerships with parents, carers, and the broader community to share updates and deliver collaborative early childhood services.
