Redcape Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager for the Taylor Square Precinct, spanning Courthouse Hotel and Kinselas. You will lead from the floor across food, beverage, gaming and entertainment, under the guidance of an experienced Venue Manager.

You’ll develop your leadership career across two venues, manage busy service periods, and contribute to guest experience, staff development and venue performance within Sydney’s nightlife scene.
