- Employees hired for our Parramatta office will remain based in Parramatta.

- Employees hired for our Hurstville office will transition to the Hurstville location for their ongoing role.

- This ensures all new team members receive consistent training, support, and development before commencing in their respective teams.

/n /n About the Role /n As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers with overdue accounts while developing valuable industry skills: /n /n

- Optimise a portfolio of overdue accounts from Australian institutions

/n





- Contact customers via inbound & outbound calls to discuss outstanding balances

/n

- Use modern tools and systems and apply skip tracing techniques to locate and support customers

/n

- Work with customers to understand their situation and negotiate realistic repayment solutions

/n

- Maintain accurate records and operate within strict compliance and regulatory guidelines

/n

- Build rapport while handling sensitive financial conversations professionally

/n

- Work towards achievable targets in a supportive, team-driven environment

- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone

- Negotiation and influencing skills

- Emotional intelligence/empathy when dealing with customers
