The TheirCare team is seeking a dedicated Children and Youth Disability Support Worker to join the TheirCare Plus program at Coomera State Special School on the Gold Coast. You will provide individualized support, implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with NDIS goals, and help with routines and positive behaviour strategies in a cooperative school setting.
