Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead and deliver advanced clinical care in dual diagnosis and alcohol withdrawal management within home-based settings across community and hospital interfaces.

You will provide autonomous assessments, prescribe where appropriate, and mentor teams while developing cutting-edge models of care to improve consumer outcomes and reduce hospital admissions.
