Our community-oriented clinic in the coastal town of Bundaberg, Qld, is having an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic dentist into a full book with an extended waiting list. Suitable for high-achieving dentists looking to work in a busy practice and graduate dentists looking to join a tailored mentorship program with full support. Bundaberg is situated less than 60-minute from Brisbane served by multiple daily flights, at the southern boundary of the great barrier reef. Our busy and modern clinics are well respected in the community, with an extremely well-established patient base as well as very healthy new patient numbers.

We pride ourselves on quality treatment and maintain a focus on a patient-centered treatment philosophy. Between the two locations of totalling 10-rooms, our clinics are modern with full digital software, CBVT, iTero, OsseoCare Pro, rotary endodontics, intraoral cameras and digital radiographs and the list goes on. We have also have multiple senior dentists present at any one time that provide a great social and learning environment.

Both practices have a network to assist our dentists in developing advanced skills such as orthodontics and implant surgery, and also organises regular social and professional development events.





The preferred candidate should have at least 2 years of Australian/UK private practice experience or as a recent graduate with an exceptional attitude and motivation. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and keen to provide quality dentistry. That would be able to perform the full range of dentistry including preventative dentistry, simple and complex restorative dentistry including fixed pros, root canal treatments and extractions. Experiences in dental implants are well regarded.

- Commitment to ongoing continuing education and ability to engage with fellow clinicians in a team environment;

Clinicians will be supported by the owner and be surrounded by experienced clinicians who are keen advocates of continuing education. Currently, most of our clinicians work a 3-4 day week striving for an excellent work/life balance, however, if you are seeking less or more, we could be flexible. The start date can be versatile but could be as soon as you’re ready.
