Downer is seeking an experienced Regional Manager for Northern NSW to lead asphalt, spray seal and civil operations from Newcastle to the border. Based at any of our depots (Teralba, Tamworth, Moree, Grafton, Lismore or Chinderah), you will drive growth, performance and client engagement across the region.

You will build high-performing teams, oversee budgets, and strengthen key partnerships with Local Government and stakeholders while embedding Downer's Zero Harm safety culture.
