Early Childhood Teacher – Full Time

Alexandria Early Education is looking for a degree-qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis, with a permanent contract.

Successful applicants will have the option to work 8-hour shifts (5 days per week) or 10-hour shifts (4 days per week).

Our centre hours are 7:00am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. Successful candidates should be able to work any 8- or 10-hour shift within these hours.

Applicant Requirements

- Strong communication skills
- Warm & friendly personality
- Able to work well within a team
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF
- Understanding of the NQF
- Understanding of and commitment to upholding the NSW Child Safe Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance
- Commitment to maintaining a child-safe environment
- Willingness to participate in child-safe recruitment processes, including reference checks and screening
- First aid certificate (HLTAID012)
- Child Protection (CHCPRT025)
- Mandatory Child Safety Training (Courses 1 to 4 via Geccko)
- Red Nose Protected Sleep Training
- Fluent in English
