We are seeking a full time General Labourer / Factory Hand to work with our early team 3am -11.30am with some overtime available. Occasional Night Shift fill in from 12am. required within a busy Precast Panel manufacturing facility based in Pakenham.

The ideal candidate will preferably have previous experience working in a precast panel yard, and have a good understanding of precast fabrication techniques however, extensive labouring experience in heavy manufacturing in a similar type of role may be considered as favorable, previous work within a Precast Panel manufacturing facility will be a significant advantage.

The shift times are from 3am -11.30 am, Monday to Friday with the potential for some O/T throughout the week. It is expected that you will be reliable, hardworking and have a solid commitment to working safely.





To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes:

· The ability to follow instructions and work well within both small and large teams.

· Be willing to assist in all aspects of precast manufacturing when instructed. Primary responsibilities are cleaning precast beds, scraping tables and using buffing machine.

· Have a can-do approach and an excellent work ethic

· Be willing to complete a medical including a drug and Alcohol test.

· Having a High-Risk Forklift License will be an advantage
