Positions Available | Permanent Roles

- Graduate Paediatric Occupational Therapist

- Graduate Youth Occupational Therapist

Applications open until 14th October 2026.

Allay is a team of occupational therapists and therapy assistants applying the latest evidence informed, innovative therapies to form a partnership in achieving the best life with our clients.

We empower people to lead independent and meaningful lives; with sustainable, satisfying daily activities and relationships.

We are a supportive organisation focused on promoting positive team culture and professional resilience to deliver joint inspiration.

Team Overview

Our teams in Geelong, Surf Coast and Melbourne have a structure of a Leadership Team, experienced therapists, Graduate Program and Client Services.

- Paediatric Team

Our Paediatric Team supports children aged 0–13 with difficulties including motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation and developmental delay.

Our Paediatric Occupational Therapists help children build the skills they need for everyday activities, from play and self-care to learning and friendships. We work closely with families, schools and carers to lay a robust foundation of skills, routines and positive behaviours that support children to engage confidently at home, at school and in their community.

Youth Team

Our Youth Team supports young people aged 13–25 with disability, mental health conditions and developmental needs.

Adolescence through to early adulthood is a time of big change, and our Adolescent Occupational Therapists work alongside young people to recognise their strengths, understand their challenges and work towards goals that matter to them. This might include managing emotions and stress, building independence in daily routines, navigating school and study, developing social connections, or preparing for work and adult life. We aim to help each young person build confidence, a sense of identity, and greater satisfaction and belonging in their everyday life and relationships.
