Onsite Occupational Health Nurse (Full Time) – Laverton North

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Onsite Occupational Health Nurse (Full Time) who aligns with our values and is passionate about delivering high-quality occupational health services.

Based at a Major Hazard Manufacturing Plant in Laverton North, the successful candidate will work onsite as part of our client's Health, Safety and Wellbeing team, playing a key role in supporting the health, safety and wellbeing of the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide occupational health assessments, medical triage.
- Deliver first aid and coordinate appropriate medical treatment and referrals when required.
- Promote and support workplace health and wellbeing initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage occupational health programs, including:

o Annual medical assessments o Health surveillance programs o Vaccination programs o Injury management and case coordination

- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with legislative and company requirements.
- Support the implementation of health, safety and wellbeing strategies across the site.

What we need from you:

- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in occupational health, injury management, emergency response, or workplace health services.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A proactive approach to health promotion and injury prevention.
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
