South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join the Acute Care Casual Pool in Current South Wales. You will lead the care team during shifts, assess residents' health, coordinate with families and other health specialists, and deliver both routine and complex nursing care tailored to each resident's needs.
You will maintain thorough documentation, manage medications, and respond to emergencies with clinical judgment.
