Cogent Resources is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter for a hands-on leadership role on Melbourne projects. You will manage a small site team, perform carpentry duties, and ensure deadlines, quality and safety standards are met.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in a leadership carpentry role, holds a Certificate IV in Carpentry and Joinery, a White Card, and a Class C licence. You'll read plans, set out works, and mentor apprentices.
