- AUST-MEAT Accreditation
- Certificate II Meat Processing
- Excellent leadership skills including conflict resolution and problem solving.
- Excellent people & communication skills.
- Production Hygiene & Sanitation Monitoring.




- Process & product Monitoring.
- Meat Hygiene Assessment of Production.
- Product conformance with AUS-MEAT & customer quality standards.
- Ensuring the plant and employees work to TFIT standards including TFIT Quality system, HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practice, IMS, Environmental Management system and training programs.
