Job Description
Alii is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the health, growth and success of a portfolio of customers across our SaaS platform in Australia.
You'll partner with customers to adopt value from the product and become their trusted advisor as they scale.
In this hybrid role, you'll work with a small, team-oriented team and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering to support customers and identify growth prospects.
