Our Spiritual Care Coordinator plays a vital role in offering compassionate, person-centred care. meaningful role where your skills and presence have a direct, positive impact on people's lives. Every day brings variety and purpose, whether providing one-on-one support, coordinating memorials and reflections, or mentoring volunteers who contribute to resident and client wellbeing.
What you'll be doing
Providing tailored emotional and spiritual support
Supporting individuals through grief, illness, and end-of-life experiences
Helping people connect with what gives them meaning, purpose, and comfort
Planning and coordinating memorial services, reflections, and visits from community groups
Sharing wellbeing insights through care planning, meetings, and documentation
Recruiting, mentoring, and supporting volunteers who contribute to resident and client wellbeing
