Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for Assumption Villa in Leeton.
You will deliver protected, patient-centred nursing care, perform holistic assessments, develop care plans, and support a rotating roster including morning, afternoon and night shifts.
You must hold current AHPRA RN registration, have aged care or hospital experience, and communicate compassionately with residents.
