Heatherwood School in Donvale, Victoria, seeks a Mental Health Practitioner – Counsellor to support secondary students with mild intellectual disability.
You will provide counselling, prevention, and targeted wellbeing programs within a multidisciplinary team.
Work with teachers, Education Support staff, families and external providers to deliver early intervention, plan evidence-informed strategies, and build staff capability for student mental health and wellbeing.
