Green Leaves Early Learning in Brisbane is seeking an experienced People & Culture qualified to join our team.
You will start as an Employee Relations Specialist (parential leave cover) for approximately six months, then transition to a full People & Culture Business Partner role, owning a portfolio and partnering with leaders to shape the people agenda.
You will bring HR generalist experience, robust ER capability, knowledge of employment legislation, and proven stakeholder coaching.
