- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Describe a recent situation where you collaborated with the multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care for a patient. How did you ensure the care provided was evidence-based, culturally appropriate, and resulted in positive patient outcomes?
- Can you provide an example of how you effectively communicated with a patient, their family/carers, and the healthcare team to ensure safe, person-centred care? What was the outcome and what did you learn from the experience?
