THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA HR Consultant with solid expertise in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM), alongside knowledge of integrations with SAP SuccessFactors.

This four-month contract can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver SAP HR functional expertise and support integrated HR processes. A current NV1 security clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional expertise across SAP HR Personnel Administration and Organisational Management.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and configuration.




- Support employee master data, organisational structures and the relationship between PA and OM.
- Work with integration teams to support data flows between SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Investigate functional and integration issues, working collaboratively to resolve them.
- Support testing, validation and documentation of SAP HR solutions.

ABOUT YOU

- Proven SAP HR functional consulting experience within an S/4HANA setting.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM).
- Knowledge of integrations between SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors, including employee and organisational data flows.
- Experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions and supporting testing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
- Current NV1 security clearance.
- Availability for a four-month contract based in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra.
