Role: Senior IntelliMatch Consultant – Financial Reconciliation Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Senior IntelliMatch Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in financial reconciliation platforms, primarily IntelliMatch , to lead complex reconciliation transformation initiatives for global financial clients.
This role offers the chance to drive solution design, implementation, platform upgrades, production support, client consulting, and mentoring junior team members while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- IntelliMatch Solution Delivery : Lead end-to-end implementations, configure reconciliation solutions across all IntelliMatch modules (Recollector, Administrator, Reconciliation Manager, Security Administration, Scheduler).
- Client Engagement & Consulting : Act as SME, partner with stakeholders, conduct workshops, and provide advisory support.
- Technical Leadership : Manage installations, upgrades, migrations, and mentor consultants.
- Testing & Quality Assurance : Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and ensure defect-free releases.
- Database & Automation : Develop advanced SQL queries, design automated reconciliation processes, and support integrations.
- Production Support : Troubleshoot reconciliation breaks, perform root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance.
Required Skills
- Core IntelliMatch Expertise : 11+ years hands-on experience across modules (Recollector, Administrator, Reconciliation, Scheduler, Security).
- Technical Skills : Advanced SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, PostgreSQL), Unix/Linux scripting, ETL concepts, environment management.
- Domain Knowledge : Cash, Nostro, Securities, GL, Position, and Trade Reconciliation; strong financial services and capital markets expertise.
- Project Management : Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models with strong stakeholder management.
