This is a performance-driven hybrid sales role combining company-supplied appointments with the freedom to generate your own opportunities. You'll be backed by our internal sales team and dedicated appointment setter, with a minimum of 10 appointments per week supplied to you. You'll be confident speaking with homeowners and know how to turn genuine opportunities into sales.
Key responsibilities
- Managing a minimum of 10 company-supplied appointments per week
- Conducting in-home, phone and remote sales consultations
- Understanding customers' electricity usage and requirements
- Recommending suitable solar and battery solutions
- Preparing and presenting customer proposals
- Following up all supplied leads and opportunities
- Managing your own sales pipeline from appointment through to close
- Maintaining accurate notes and customer information
- Working closely with our appointment setter and internal sales team
- Liaising directly with our electrical and installation teams when technical input is required
About you
- Previous solar and/or battery sales experience
- Proven sales and closing ability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent follow-up and pipeline management
- Positive understanding of residential solar and battery solutions
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable working under an ABN contractor arrangement
- Motivated by performance and commission-based earnings
