Athena Home Loans is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist in Credit Lending to ensure lending decisions are accurate, compliant and aligned with our lending standards and risk appetite.

You will review home loan applications, identify policy breaches, coach credit assessors, and work with Operations and Compliance to monitor risks, trends, and suspicious activity; contribute to policy and training improvements.
