We are currently recruiting for two full-time luxury opportunities in Sydney with two internationally recognised luxury houses across fine jewellery and luxury fashion. One opportunity is for a High Jewellery Consultant, suited to an experienced luxury retail professional with strong clienteling expertise, a refined service approach, and a proven track record in high-value sales. Experienced high-ticket sales professionals from a jewellery or timepiece background may also be considered for a Senior Client Advisor position, with opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities and further develop their career within the maison.
While the other offers the prospect to join a prestigious luxury fashion house known for its distinctive identity, craftsmanship, and exceptional client experience. Both opportunities offer attractive earning potential, incentives, and long-term career development within prestigious luxury environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences aligned with luxury maison service standards
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through strong clienteling and follow-up strategies
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and boutique KPIs
- Drive high-value sales through consultative storytelling and product expertise
- Develop and maintain an active VIP client portfolio, supporting private appointments and events
- Demonstrate deep passion or experience of craftsmanship, and brand heritage
- Support boutique operations, visual merchandising standards, and daily floor excellence
- Act as a role model within the team, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance boutique culture
- Luxury sales experience is preferred! Or strong luxury candidates who have formerly solid jewellery experience would be considered for Senior Client Advisor position!
