Talent Senior Advisor (Assessments) conducts complex assessments and preliminary enquiries into alleged conduct matters within a public sector organisation that supports young people in Queensland.
The role provides guidance to employees and senior leaders on sensitive complaints, Public Interest Disclosures and other integrity matters, while maintaining accurate case records and applying CaPE framework and relevant legislation.
