Talentweb | B Corp is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of capital works, refurbishments and fit-outs across a commercial property portfolio. The role blends in office leadership with broader project coordination for ongoing occupier projects.

You will develop and manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors and procurement, handle RFIs and variations, ensure QA and WHS, and provide regular progress reporting and handover documentation.
