Accor's Novotel Perth Murray Street is seeking an Executive Chef to lead Miss Mi with a bold Pan-Asian concept. You will direct culinary strategy, oversee quality and profitability, and drive a high-performing kitchen team across all dining operations.

You will champion food safety, HACCP and WHS, while partnering with the F&B; Director to evolve the guest experience and overall dining strategy.
