You'll play a key role in developing the team around you, leading floor recovery and merchandise refresh, and stepping up as the go-to person on shift.What You Will Be DoingCreating a genuine and positive experience for every customer, and owning your KPI performance to drive store sales targets and resultsOpening and closing the store in line with GP security procedures, alarm management and daily checklistsMentoring and coaching team members, helping them build product knowledge,
