The Indian Accent Cuisine in Sydney is seeking a hands-on full time Chef to deliver authentic Indian cooking, develop seasonal specials, and uphold strict food safety standards.

You will lead kitchen operations, manage stock and costs, supervise and train cooks, and ensure consistency, speed, and presentation across all service.

Must have a Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent and at least one year of experience in an Indian cuisine restaurant.
