Centacare Brisbane is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in a full time role based at Woolloongabba with hybrid work options. You will conduct functional assessments, develop PBSPs, provide expert behaviour support, and document outcomes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, current registration, 3+ years’ experience, and clearance checks. Travel across Metro North and surrounding areas is required.
