n ProQuest Recruitment is currently seeking experienced RF Pick Packers to join a global beauty distribution centre based in Dandenong South.

n

This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable warehouse professionals who are confident using RF scanning equipment , enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking for consistent ongoing work with a well-established global business.

With the busy peak period quickly approaching , we are looking for people who can demonstrate strong attendance, flexibility and a genuine commitment to working across the peak period, including weekends when required.

n

About the Role Working as part of a busy warehouse team, you will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing stock for dispatch while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and productivity.

n

Your duties will include:

n

n
- RF scanning and order picking across Detailed Pick and E-Commerce Pick teams
n
- Picking stock accurately and efficiently from allocated warehouse locations
n
- Picking larger-volume, detailed and individual customer orders
n
- Checking product codes, quantities and order details
n
- Scanning and confirming products using RF scanners
n
- Packing and preparing e-commerce orders for dispatch
n
- Palletising and consolidating stock
n
- Replenishing stock and maintaining organised pick locations
n
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse
n
- Following pick, pack and dispatch procedures
n
- Maintaining accurate stock movement
n
- Working to daily productivity and accuracy targets
n
- Maintaining high levels of attention to detail
n




- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
n
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
n

What We're Looking For We are looking for candidates who are experienced, reliable and safety-focused , with the ability to work effectively in a busy warehouse environment.n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous RF picking/packing experience – essential
n
- Strong understanding of RF scanning systems
n
- Previous warehouse experience
n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to work to productivity targets
n
- Solid safety awareness
n
- Good communication skills
n
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Physically capable of repetitive warehouse duties
n
- Comfortable working overnight hours
n
- Monday–Friday availability
n
- Weekend availability during peak periods
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Ability to pass a police check
n
- Ability to commence with short notice
n
