Fife Capital is seeking a strong legal and compliance person for its funds management and property investment business.
Key responsibilities
Advise on fund, property and corporate legal matters
Draft and review contracts and transaction documents
Support compliance and regulatory obligations
Assist with governance, company secretarial, insurance and risk management activities
About you
Minimum 3 years' experience in funds management, financial services, corporate or property law from a leading law firm or in-house (preferably with a large corporate in the property industry)
Robust drafting, communication and commercial skills
