The Tasmanian Department of Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Community to deliver high-quality nursing care at George Town Hospital. You will work under the Nurse Unit Manager/Team Leader and support other senior nurses and health professionals to implement evidence-based practices.
Key duties include planning, implementing and evaluating patient care, and engaging with families and the health team to ensure optimum outcomes in a cooperative environment.
