SG Fleet provides fleet management, vehicle leasing and salary-packaging services. The intern analyses survey responses, complaints and online reviews to identify customer-experience themes. Responsibilities include AI-assisted feedback analysis, customer-insight reports, dashboards and monitoring experience metrics. Applicants need strong Excel, analytical and critical-thinking skills and the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information. This paid, six-month internship begins in February **** and includes industry mentoring and work on live projects.
