Boral is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to advise leaders across our operational businesses on live matters, investigations, disciplinary and EA interpretation.
You will report to the Head of Business Partnering and collaborate with senior practitioners to drive improvements.
You will run parts of the annual P&C; cycle, contribute to projects across leadership, diversity, engagement and industrial relations, and help create a secure, diverse and inclusive workplace.
