We currently have an opportunity for the ideal candidates to join us at the Tramshed in Forest Lodge. The Role:

We currently have an opening for a Full-Time,



Casual or Part-Time qualified butcher, manager & cashier to join our team. We look for independent, passionate, hardworking team players that can also think on their feet and be adaptable. The hired candidate will need to assist the team in the daily upkeep and set up of the shop display, including slicing, prepping, breaking whole bodies, and also providing over the counter customer service and advice.

The successful applicant will:

- Be available Full-time and willing to work on weekends if required.

- Or, be available casually to work 1 weekend day in a 3-4 day roster.

- If applying as a qualified butcher, we would require experience in all aspects of butchery, attention to detail and be well presented.

- As a qualified butcher, you will also need to have completed at minimum the Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher).

- Have amazing customer service and be a proactive team player.

- Be punctual and a general all-rounder.

- Be able to legally work in Australia.

- Have excellent English communication skills.

- Able to work independently and alone when required on quiet days.
