Estia Health in Melbourne, VIC, is seeking an experienced Aged Care Head Chef & Kitchen Mentor to lead a kitchen team across facilities. The role is Mon-Fri, 9:00–17:00, based in Chirnside Park.

You will prepare nutritious meals, uphold hygiene standards, and create a welcoming dining setting for residents and their families, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with care teams.
