The Australian Attorney-General's Department invites applications for a Deputy Chief General Counsel to join the Office of General Counsel (OGC) in Canberra, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney. This permanent SES Band 2 role advises the Commonwealth on constitutional and public law, statutory interpretation and complex litigation.
The role leads AGS' OGC practice, mentors lawyers, and builds strategic client relationships to support high‐impact government work.
