WesTrac's Dubbo Workshop is seeking skilled technicians to take ownership of CAT machine rebuilds, diagnostics and component overhauls. You will work in a high‐performing team delivering protected, reliable machines for peak performance, with structured training and real career progression opportunities.

Successful applicants will handle end‐to‐end workshop rebuild activities, collaborate with supervisors, and participate in ongoing development through the WesTrac Institute.
