Transdev in Sydney is seeking Authorized Officers for the Light Rail network. This role blends frontline customer service with revenue protection, including deterring fare evasion and issuing notices when required.

You will be out on the network daily, supporting passenger safety, handling difficult situations with empathy and explicit communication, and may assist with crowd control during busy periods, disruptions or events.
